I am on H1B VISA and now i am planning to apply visa of my wife. my wife's age is 17 years. Will there be any problem is my wife's age is not 18+ as per any US Law.
I am actually national of Pakistan and in our country she can not get NIC (National Identification Card) before the age of 18 however I think she can apply for passport. As per my local country Law this marriage is completely legal but I just want to confirm if there is any problem as per US Law.
