Hi,
I am a H-1B holder with approved I-140 and early 2013 priority date. I am not enjoying at my current company who has filed my GC. I am looking to change my job and need your inputs.
1) Which company should I look for? A regular company or big staffing company? Obvious Benifit of staffing company is if one project ends, I can move to other projects and my GC can continue. Whereas regular company can file GC but if they lay-off, I have nowhere to go.
2) How does "Trump" factor affect changing-my-job decision? Should I wait few months and then look for a change?
