Waiver No Objection questions
I had a J1 visa with the 2 years rule and now I am in my country. I want to apply for a waiver and go for the visa H1B. I have several job offers.
My concern is that the offers are in differents States and I would like to try all my options, instead of chosing one.
- My concern is: I apply for a waiver with the letter of my sponsor of Texas, and I get the waiver approved. Can I choose the job in Colorado instead of Texas (being both different offers but for the same work) Or the waiver will remain approved only if I apply and work for the same sponsor I mention in the letter when I applied for the waiver?
- What has to have this letter in order to get an approved result? I understand that I will be hired, but does it need something else, like my salary or some important details?
- Do you know anywhere I can consult of how to write a good "statement of reason"?
