"Revocation Notice Was Sent" H1B status
Hello friends,
My H1b case was approved on January,2016 and I attended before consulate in April,2016 and I got 221g requesting for few more documents but my employer couldn't able to provide them. My current case status is "Revocation Notice Was Sent" revocation was happened in June,2016.
Now any employer in India can apply in cap exempt quota for me?. Or Is there any way to use my case?
Please provide your valuable suggestions.
