F-1 Visa - under 12 Hr full time status- failed to submit Corese Reduced Load Form

Hi, I am a senior and currently in my last semester. I am only taking 7 Hrs to graduate. However, I was really careless and forgot to submit the Course Rrduced Load Form to the ISS office. I now received a email notifying me my visa will be terminated upon Feb 6. Right after i heard the bad news, I contacted my advisor and registrar office to put me back on full time. I am now taking 13 Hrs. Would someone please advise me what to do next? I am meeting with ISS on Monday. If I'm back on full time status officially, would the termination process be stopped? Or do I still need to go thorough the appeal process ?
