Hello All,
I have some queries. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. I have some Medical issues, I have difficulty concentrating in work. Want to know what are my options. I have valid Passport from India. Staying in usa for 8+ years. Greencard is active with current employer. I140 approved.
1) Is there any way to stay legally in USA even if I am not going to work because of Medical issues. I heard a new bill was signed by Mr. Obama regarding this.
2) I am planning to apply for Social security disability if I can stay here legally and get my treatment. I have all the medical proof.
If you need some more information feel free to ask me. Any feedback/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
