Don't have I-797 for H4 (in US right now)

Hi all,

My wife is on H4. Her stamp and I-797 both got expired before 5 months. How ever she has not accumulated 180 days.

She is planning to leave USA and go for stamping. As I switched my employer after coming US but did not transferred her visa to my company, we completely forgot to extend her stay.

Now when I fill the DS-160 and try to get Dropbox it shows mandatory documents as "Principal applicants I-797".

What to do? Any help will be appreciated!
