Urgent assistance needed for date mismatch case on an E3D visa

Dates on the LCA, E3 Visa have been misinterpreted while filling up the DS-160 form. Visa has been granted. However, the dates on the visa label are not matching that up with the LCA or E3 visa label. My questions to the immigration law geniuses or incumbents who have an idea about the issue on the forum-

Will there be an issue at the port of entry?
Will there be an issue if we decide to get the visa renewed at a later point of time once they are in the USA?
