I entered US last march 22,2015 . I-94 expiry date was September 21,2015. I filed I-539 , with Notice of action receipt date was September 9, 2015. I left US with pending I-539, around November 14,2015. When I checked the case number, I-539 was approved on January 2016. Now, I'm on K1 visa application, filed on December 6,2016. I'm still waiting for NOA2. Will there be a problem regarding my last visit in US with pending I-539? Please help. Thank you in advance.
