Applying for two different J1 s at the time( simultaneously )

Hi
I have to apply for change of status from F1 to J1. I got two job offers from two different universities.Can I ask both of them to apply for my change of status at the same time or do I have to chose one and proceed just with that one?
I really appreciate your guides.
