How long do I need to stay with my Employer after getting Green Card in EB1C Category

Hi,

How long do I need to stay with my Employer after getting Green Card in EB1C Category.

I got my EB1C on Oct,2016.

1. When I can change my employer ? People are say minimum 6 months I need to stay.
2. If I change it before 6 months, will it create any issue while processing my citizenship.
