DD favoring "American Consulate General" or "American Embassy"

my company gave me demand draft 500$ for Anti-fraud prevention favoring "American Consulate General". But at below link, it is mentioned that DD should be favoring "American Embassy". Will this be a problem for my L1B Blanket visa?
