  • Timeline for HNSC case

    Hi All,
My current employer filed I-129 for H1B Non Subject to CAP to get transfer from past employer. It is being done in regular mode.

The current USCIS status is Case was received on Dec 16th, 2016.As per policy, it should take 3 to 4 months, and for my case it is going to complete 3 months

Please let me know how much more time will it take to get the approval notice.

    Thanks

No one can predict. Your attorney or employer can take an infopass appointment and enquire. If in a hurry, upgrade to premium.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
