I am a Canadian citizen. I left the US last month after 7 years on a F1 visa. I just came back to visit some friends. The OE officer only gave me a I-94 for 30 days because I had no return ticket and little ties to Canada. I still have a car in the US and might sell it or drive it back so I didn't get a return ticket.

Considering I don't have a visa (just a I94) is it possible for me to show up to a POE with a return ticket to Canada and get my I-94 extended to the date on that ticket. If I had bought a return ticket, my I94 would most likely be good until the date on the return ticket.
