I plan to change my employer, I have had the same TN (employer) for 8 years by choosing to extend it within the USA. Can I change jobs and renew TN from within using a lawyer, the new company wants nothing to do with the TN processing ? If I go out of the country, with the new government's policies the chances of being denied one are higher considering I am non-European. Thanks for all your help.
