Hi,
I have recently been promoted by my company to run a global department. I previously, for the last year, ran all of Asia Pacific function. I need to move to san francisco and im british.
I do not have a degree. I learned my skills through the government many years ago and have worked private sector for over 10 years always in management.
Does anyone think i will have an issue meeting the education requirements with my work experience?
Some points that might help:
Job level: director
salary: basic 165K, bonus and equity totalling apx 400k
field: security
status: married with 1 young child
previous: have worked regional management roles for two of the largest US companies
thank you for any advice and input
