Im working for Company ABC, I have applied for H1B Visa from other consultant company XYZ and got H1B visa stamped on Mar 2017 . I have not traveled yet . Still I'm in my current company . Now my current company ABC wants to apply for L1A visa. Will there be any issue or problem when going for PA for L1A?
