Hey guys,
So, I hope I'm posting this in the correct place. My husband and me are preparing to submit a I-130 Petition for him to move to the US with me. I'm a US citizen and he's a UK citizen. I've got a concern about the process, though. You see, my husband has been off of work for nearly a year with work related depression and anxiety. They're working with him to get the correct medications and get him back to work. However, it's been a long process and his doctor's haven't mentioned letting him go back to work. He's not the sort of person to harm himself or others. He just gets really low, really anxious, and easily stress. I'm worried he wont pass the medical examination. Is it likely that he'll fail the medical because he's been off of work with depression for so long?
Thanks in advance for the input.
