Hi All,
I have a query related to H1-B to L1-A conversion
I am on ~4th year of my h1-b visa
lets say if my company applies for h1b to l1a convesion, i assume i need to go outside USA for L1-A interview
here if my interview in not cleared can I reenter USA and continue my same job on H1B for remaining 2 yrs or does my existing H1-B also gets cancelled upon L1-A rejected?
