    H1b to L1a conversion

    I am on H1b since Jun 2015. Can I change from H1b to L1a? I will meet all L1A criteria as I have worked for the same company outside US and as of now performing more of managerial activities.
    My H1b is valid until Oct 2017, if my L1 is rejected can I still apply for H1 extension?

    Any answers is much appreciated
