Hello,
I was working as Manager in India and came to US on H1 with managerial role. My company applied GC in EB2 after 2 years in US. After 4 years in US, I got promoted to executive level position in US and now I am eligible for EB1 according to our company HR rules. Now, can we apply in EB1 after spending 4 years in US and already applied in EB2 as I had managerial experience in outside US?
