Hi,
I am a PhD candidate waiting to finish my PhD in a Non-STEM program. I had applied for my OPT hoping to finish my PhD before my OPT start date. Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, I could not finish my PhD in time. I am planning to finish the same by this semester. I could not change my status before my OPT got over by Feb 28, 2017. I was employed whole time during my OPT. Presently, I am on 60 days grace period. I am planning to finish my PhD end of Spring semester. Is there any way that I can continue here for a couple of months until I finish my PhD? Your advice will be very helpful.
