F-4 With Priority Dates in Sep-Oct 2003 India

But the allocation of visa is unknown to public right?
They usually let us know only when the allocation is complete for the fiscal year which leads to retrogress or no movement.
Some get their info directly from USCIS and DOS per their website. What i was saying about F4 is from their prediction.
They predict, F4 will move 6 months in July-Sept bulletin.

Well I partially agree with you, but we should see who are those "some". I have seen many of "some" who just predicts without any relevant information. So source is really important here, whether to believe or not.

Do you mind sharing info on those "some"?

But I am skeptical about this prediction. I am sure date will move forward, but this prediction shows five month movement in August. It is hard to believe based on historical movements.

I exactly know which data they are talking about. Don't forget that visa bulletin doesn't only include Family category and consular processing.
The data reference in third paragraph is for EB category and USCIS releases the pending inventory of those awaiting GC (who already filed adjustment of status for EB category in US)

Even you can start predicting PD based on this tables. :P

Let's take an example here. If you go to 7th page and look at total number of 2nd preference. Its 19752, which means USCIS has pending this number of applications of people with PD upto May 2010. If USCIS plays by rule and issues around 3k GC per year then it will take 6 year to clear the number reflected in this April 2017 Inventory. That means It's ok for USCIS if they do not move PD for EB2 Indian beyond May 2010 for 6 years.

Unfortunately I am stuck in this EB2 too.

Those prediction won't works every time or with actual movements. As of now new administration is not running smooth. Lets wait and watch for next 3 months.

                      My PD is APR 2004.

                      Regards,
