I-140 not yet approved and H1B extension denied.

My EB2 Priority Date is July 05,2016. PERM/Labor is approved. I-140 is filed on Feb 16,2017 and waiting for approval. I have got RFE in my H1B extension. In worst case if my H1B extension is denied, will it have any impact on my I-140 like will I need to start my GC processing by applying new PERM again and will loose my Priority Date?

H1B and I140 have got nothing to do with each other. They are different streams. So denial of one has no effect on the other.
