My wife's f2 visa rejected 3 times at Mumbai. I am on OPT and currently my h1b is applied by my employer. My convocation and our wedding anniversary are coming in about a month and half. We are planning to reattempt. Seeking advice either we should go for F2 or B1/B2?
1st time & 2nd time visa rejected in F2(This time I was still pursuing my MS and was in last semester).
So we waited until I finish my MS and get on to OPT with Full Time Job.
After 3 months from 2nd time we applied for 3rd time ( This is I am on OPT and Having full time JOB).
My wife answered every question with enough confidence. Still VO rejected it. Upon asking for reason, he said Everything is fine with your case but still we won't be able to process your visa.
Recently my university has issue with Accretion from ACICS.
Seeking advice.
