Forms to Fill Out

Hello April Submittees,

I need some help finalizing what forms I have to fill out. Here is my case:

Entered on B2 Visa 06/2001 and obviously overstayed it.

I graduated college and I am currently working thanks to DACA and the work permit.

I got married April 8th. We talked with a lawyers and she said to fill out these forms: I-485, I-130, I-130A, I-131, I-765, I-864, I-693. On some of the other threads I see G-325 and G-325A Biographic Information, do I need those?

Also any information regarding medical examination experience? What do they do?

Just an update:


Day 1: April 10 - Package delivered.
Day 8: April 18 - My lawyer and I received a Rejection Notice due to outdated forms. (Note: Always use the forms on the website. They keep updating)
Day 9: April 19 - Lawyer mailed the updated signed forms/package via FedEx Overnight.
Day 10: April 20 - Package delivered.
Day 18: April 28 - Check cashed
Day 21: May 1 - Received notices

I sent my I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131 on April 22nd (USPS said it was delivered the following Monday, 4/24/17) and I have not heard anything yet.

I did fill out an e-notification form but I haven't gotten a text or email. The checks have also not been cashed yet.

I am extra anxious to get a receipt number, because we unexpectedly had to move out of our place really fast and now have a new address. And to my understanding I can only change my address online if I have a case number. Of course we have mail forwarding and we are able to pass by the old place still and check for mail too. But it makes me anxious that I haven't heard anything yet, especially because most of you who have sent in their applications around the same time seem to have gotten their receipt notice by now.

I sent my application from New Orleans to the Chicago address.

The waiting is killing me!

I did fill out the I-693 before going to the surgeon but when I arrived he did everything by himself. But you should bring your own information fill out in the form

You need to include TWO separate checks one for I-130 and one for I-485. At least it was that way in January

I did one check and I didn't have any problem.
