Can some one suggest me...regarding H1

I have my H1 visa date on 30th November.
Can I know what all the documents need form my employer?
The biggest problem I have is that I have finished my 10+3 in 1996. Then I did some computer course from CMC(AGovt of India Undertaking). In 1998 I started my M.C.A through distance education(Meening we use to have classes on Friday,Saturday and Sunday.) and I use to work as a faculty for APTECH in the rest of the days..finally I got a good break in a software company in 2001 and till now I have 5+ years of software experience.
Now the issue being that will my M.C.A(through distance education) be considered by Chennai embassy. I have a supporting document from my Employer which was evaluated by INS.
Apart from this I have my work experience from Jan2001 where in my MCA(Thought Distance Education) finished in 2002.
Please let me know your suggestions.
