The case was originally filed in 2003. Visa bulletin became current in January. Immediately all the steps were completed (designated agent, paid AOS fee, paid IV fees, completed online IV forms, submitted AOS and all civil documents -- total 52 pages).
NVC received the documents on Feb 14, 2017. However, 10 weeks later, embassy interview (New Delhi) is still not scheduled. Every time I call NVC IV, it just plays a recording and disconnects (all are busy).
The online status page (https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx) is no help either. They redesigned the website and it no longer shows status of documents.
What to do, other than worry and wait?
