Conditional GC for longer period?
I have a GC from 2014 on EB2 quota. Now, would like to know whether I can keep my spouse on a conditional GC for longer period? OR is there a work around for the same?
Also, as she has an B1/B2 visa from her employer, can she travel on the same while awaiting the GC on F2A. There is NO mention of the employer on the B1/B2 visa.
Please advise!
