So Today at 12:32 am I received 4 email and sms notification with MSC ########## and saying that in 7-10 days time I will receive Form I-797.

Any updates out there?
And why not 797c?

I'm a Chicago filer. My husband is USC, I'm on F-1 and working under OPT. I'm filling through lawyer and have every USCIS mails delivered to my lawyer's office address instead of mine. So any date listed below of MAIL notice is the date that the lawyer office notify me what they received. Please do your own judgement since lawyer office might delay few days to tell us other than the actual mail delivered date. Here is my time line.

Forms: 130, 485, 765, 864
