DV :: Freelance work done for U.S citizen from OUTSIDE U.S = unauthorized work?
Hello everyone!
First, I've been lucky enough to be among the winners of the DV Lottery!
Second, The thing that concerns me is, I could not find any information about:
If having done some FREELANCE work for a U.S CITIZEN from OUTSIDE U.S (having no U.S visas at the time)
will qualify as UNAUTHORIZED work (thereby severely undermining my chances of getting the green card), or not?
