    Hi,

    I need advise for TN Visa. I am a Canadian Citizen working in Canada for the past 9 years as IT Administrator.

    I only have a diploma certificate in networking from India.

    Please let me know what are the options for me get a TN Visa..

    i am confused as how to approach and whether my qualifications will be ok?

    The closest Appendix 1603.D.1 occupation is "computer systems analyst". Your options are to obtain a baccalaureate degree in the field, or a credential issued - on completion of two or more years of post secondary education - by an accredited academic institution in Canada or the United States. The latter must be combined with three years of experience in the field, which hopefully would be satisfied by your existing work history

      i dont have a bachelors degree . i just have a diploma from india and no degree or certificate programme from Canada . can i still apply or any other options available.

        I've already stated your options if you wish to pursue a TN visa. You're not eligible as you currently stand

        You would have flexibility working for any US job you're offered if you marry a US citizen and get a green card
