I have shared my experience with the VO (5 mins of experience :P / experiment)
VO : Hi sir , Good morning!, How are you?
Krish : Hello mam, Good morning, I am fine. Thanks for asking & how about you ?
VO: Yes I am fine sir. Can I have your passport please ?
Krish : Yes , here it is.
VO: What is purpose of your visit sir ?
Krish : I am visiting there to attend the business meetings based on client requirements.
VO: What kind of Business meeting ?
Krish : The meeting is about the new cloud based software tool (name it if they ask) called NETSUITE.
VO: Where in USA ?
Krish : Fremont, California.
VO: Oh that’s a nice place, so how many days you going to stay there ?
Krish: 2 to 3 weeks (Don’t say more than 3 weeks)
VO : Have you arranged for the stay sir?
Krish : Yep, my organization will take care of it.
VO : Ok cool, what is your designation?
Krish : Senior Analyst.
VO: How many years you are serving this organization?
Krish : 1.6 years
VO : Is this your first US visit ?
Krish: yes it is
VO : Have you visited any other country?
Krish : Yes I have. (Name it if you have, I just listed out the countries)
VO : Oh fine, I love to visit SriLanka, planning for a long time. Let me check on my vacation time.
Krish: Yes mam, it is an excellent place, you must visit it.
VO: Yes sure I ll do.
Krish : Okay
She was checking her system for some time.
VO : You VISA is approved. Thanks you sir.
Krish: Thank you mam
