HELP! didnt receive any update after filing on 10/08/2016
I am applying for I-485 form and submitted I131 and I765 at the same time, which was October in 2016. Then in December, USCIS requested for new evidence, so they received that on 01/18/2017. But I still haven't got my advance parole or I765 form. I called immigration office tons of times, and went to one info pass last month, still didn't help at all. i understand green card might take long time, but I heard advance parole at most takes 4 months. What can I do now? I really want to go back to my home country after a year waiting and see my sick father. Also, I asked for expedited process one time because of my sick father, but uscis think the reason is not enough.
