Re entry/travel document

Hi i already have my re rentey permit and going back to US. While scanning the permit it says in page 3 that "signature of bearer" "not valid unless signed" The question is AM I THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO SIGN IT? Just wanted to be sure.

Yes! It's just like the passport. You have to sign it, unless you are a minor. If you are a minor then your parents may sign after printing your name.
