LCA for Computer Programmer Role

I currently have a H-1B stamped with the petition approved for Computer Programmer role. However, I need to travel for a different client (and location) and hence I need to file LCA.

Now that USCIS does not consider "Computer Programmer" a speciality occupation any more, what is the probability that the LCA be rejected? Worse, will my original H-1B be cancelled?

Any information will be of immense help.
