Hello,
I am helping my dad filling out I-864 form. We have 2 principal immigrant cases (2 families, each family have 3 kids). Total 10 people for 2 families. we will need to fill 2 I-864 forms for each family.
Question 1: on Part 5, sponsor's household size, field 6, what number should we put? do we include the other family? if per the description "If you have sponsored any other persons on an I-864 or I-864 EZ who are now lawful permanent resident, enter the number here.", then the other family has no lawful permanent resident.
Question 2: can we still use home asset to cover not enough income for sponsor? as per I-864, it's possible, but I ask some agents, they said no.
Question 3: one of the family is missing 1 child name in the record, any idea of how to add that child in? call Visa customer service department to add in?
