Default Query regarding Employment Verification letter - Pls. Help

    Hi,

I am planning to get Employment Verfication letter from my Employer today. I checked the sample in this web site. However I have 3 queries:

    1. I just changed job on Jun 23rd. I am sending 6 pay stubs(bi-weekly) only for the current company .So if I mention the joining date then do I also need to send my previous companys pay stubs. Or can I leave the joining date altogether

    2. In the sample letter, the Employment Verfication letter is signed by the CEO. But I am not sure if my companys CEO would sign mine. It may be just a letter from HR. Is it okay?

    3. Can I get the Employment Verfication letter addressed to Whomsoever or it should be addressed only to Consulate general?

    Thanks
    GV

    1) 2-3 months of pay stubs should be enough. Employer letter from the current company is enough (The visa officer wants to know if you are earning well and are woking to support the visitors. He doesn't care how much we earned in the previous job). Make sure to put the joining date - nothing wrong in changing jobs.

    2) Letter from HR is enough.

    3) It can be addressed to 'whoever it is concerned'. No problem with that.
