  • Future Visa problem: Exiting at the same port of entry

I am currently on an F1 visa. My fiancee has B1/B2 visa. She will be coming to the USA for CPA exam. We were planning to travel back to India together. This means we both will have the same port of entry. We are going to get married in India. Later she wants to come back on F-2 visa or H4 visa if I get H1 in next cycle. Do you think there will be problems with F2 or H4 visa? Will officer establish that there is intent to immigrate since she came here to do CPA (USA certification), we went back together(means she knew me well before and CPA was intented so that she can find job in US) , got married and trying to return. Does this establish the intent to immigrate?

The requirement of overcoming the presumption of immigrant intent applies to B and F visas, but not to H visas
