AOS postmarked on last valid day of I 94

My finance and I were married after about 70 days, but I needed some time to get my tax return in order. I mailed the 485 package (with tracking by priority mail) on the LAST day the I-94 was valid.
Will this be a problem? Anybody have any experience with this?

No problem at all. It makes no difference for their AOS whether they are in status or not when filing.

Your I-94 status after entering with a K-1 visa just starts the "clock" of when you need to get married (within the 90 days). You did that. So, you don't have to worry about breaking any rules. The Adjustment of Status can be filed anytime after marriage with a k-1.
