My Employer is applying L1-B for me, but they want to send me for short term(less then 6 months) on Per Diem. What are the chances of getting my Visa approved?

My Employer is applying L1-B for me, but they want to send me for short term(less then 6 months) on Per Diem. What are the chances of getting my Visa approved?

Getting paid per diem while on l1 is itself no reason to get a denial.
