I-539 Need help!
Hello,
Long story short: Due to poor academic performance, my sevis got terminated in January this year. I filed for the reinstatement of the student status, and submitted my documents in May. I filled out I-539 with several other documents. I will be receiving I-797 form by the end of this month. For the moment, I would like to know how long does it take for the approval of my student status, once I receive my I-797 form?
