Hi everyone. My I765 is over 100 days.

online status shows case received.
Emailed them last week, and the reply said my case is under review, should receive notice shortly. However, another passed, still nothing.
When they say "under review" does it mean someone is reading my case or it is same as "case received"? How long do USCIS review a I765 case?
