Hi I have a question regarding L1 Visa.
I am currently on my 4th year under L1 Visa. I got it extended after the 3rd year. Validity is now up to 2019. My company has now indicated that my assignment here in the states is now deemed complete by next month. My questions are as follows:
1. Will my L1 Visa be "out of status" when I go back to my home country??
2. If my company sends me back on assignment here in the states in the future, will my new L1 visa be valid for only 1 year or will it restart to another 5 years?
3. Will the three years I spent here in the states still be counted for any residency requirement in the future for a possible green card?
