Tarvel to India in Oct,2017 - Visa or OCI

Hi,
Could anyone please help me?
I traveled to India around first week of June this year and was told by Chennai Immigration that I need to apply for OCI as PIO is not valid after June 30th.
I was told that I have to leave before June 30th and I did.
Now, I have to travel again in Oct,2017 (first week) and need OCI or Indian visa.
Could anyone please provide information on the below?

1. How long will it take to get OCI ?
2. Is there any expedite process for OCI?
3. How long will it take to get Indian visa (even if I get for 2 months, that's fine as I plan to for a week)
4. Is there any expedite process to get Indian visa?
