Hello New Yorkers,

My case has been received on 9/15/16 and was ready for an interview on 12/07/2016. I didn't receive the appointment yet, anybody can tell me whats going on and how you guys doing? please, thanks

Time frame

That's a long time but maybe they are behind. I never received the notice saying waiting for interview to be scheduled. I received the date right away. I'm currently waiting for a decision to be made.
Make sure you know all the info that has been submitted with your application. Good luck!!!

Waiting for interview date

When did you submit your case?
I know that they are behind for sure, they are now interviewing people that filed last June.

yes they are behind and nyc is different from maryland.
Good for you that you are about to be done. I just got the interview date today for august 1st
