Any MSC June 2016 filer, YES 6-2016

We recently visited field office with InfoPass, officers do not have any more info than you see on USCIS web page. Here is our timeline:

I-130 and I-485 filed on 6/27/2016
POD 7/04/2016
Biometrics done on 08/01/2016
AP approved 8/1/2016 (almost expired,we applied for extension/renewal this week)
EAD filed 3/27/2017 (we made a mistake and didnt send with original documents. We decided to apply because we haven't heard anything for 9 months)

I have called them countless times, many service requests. Infopass. Spoke to level 2 officers. And nothing! Still waiting. No interview yet over 1 year later. So frustrated.

Hey guys!

First, I want to thank all active participants on this forum.

Just received a text message (first text message ever in a year) about status update.

We filed I-765 on 3/27/2017 and it has approved today 7/17/2017. Case status now shows "new card is being produce". Hopefully we will receive the card soon.

No update on I-130 or I-485 yet, priority date for those application was 7/04/2016.

What city and state are you filing from? I have a priority date of 3/6/17. I'm afraid my EAD will expire if they take more than a year to give me an interview 😀

I am sure your EAD is expired from your PD date lol, I have already applied for the Second EAD since interview is still in the far far away land lol

We live in Phoenix, AZ forms sent to Chicago and our receipt number starts with MSC. Hope it helps, and good luck...

We received interview notification this morning via 4 text messages Our PD 7/04/2016 Interview scheduled on 10/10/2017. Good luck everyone...
