I'm so jealous!! We got an interview notice for August 24th (yes, today) they cancelled a week later (we showed up anyway), no EAD or nothing. My PD is June 7th, Bio June 20th.Comment

Hey Everyone, just checking if anyone received their EAD as yet who filed in May> my timeline so far is:
married 4/3/2017 to USC
May 1, 2017 - forms i-130, i-765, and i-485 were received
May 10th - received notices of receipt
May 15th- received biometrics appt letter for 6/1
May 22nd- did walk in for biometrics
May 22nd - received RFE for form i-130a
May 30th - Response to RFE was received
nothing as of then I'm filing from NY which i was told is behind one whole year...
(update) 8/24th - name was updated . I don't know what that means and cannot seem to get a clear and sensible answer. nothing yet after that.Comment

Sharing a good news!
I got interview notice today in the mailbox. FINALLY!!! Notice date stated as Aug 29th. I did rise SR for my EAD and AP combo card but I don't know if that related or not. SR status updated to response sent to me on the Aug 30th. I didn't get SR response yet but get the interview notice instead. I really not sure if the interview notice is the response of SR or not. Anyway here is a good new for May filter.
Filing from Chicago send to Chicago box. National Benefit Center.
May-10 PD
June-7 Bio done
June-9 REF respnonse delivered
Aug-1 1st SR
Aug-23 2nd SR
Aug-24 1st SR assigned to an officer for review
Aug-30 Both SR status changed to Response sent to me
Sep-5 Interview Notice received in mail. Notive date is Aug 29. Interview scheduled on Oct 3rd.
No update of EAD or AP yet. The online status still shows as application received. No update since May 10 (application received) and June 9 (RFE received). So keep your hope as the mail update might comes faster than the online update.

Hi friends, here´s my timeline so far (applied in Dallas field office):
May 30, 2017 - forms i-130, i-765, and i-485 were received
June 20th- received biometrics appt letter for 6/27
June 20th - received RFE for i-485
June 27th- did walk in for biometrics
July 14th - Response to RFE was received
Since that date nothing has changed, hopefully at least I can receive the EAD soon as I need to work and to travel abroad.

My 1st SR was online. The 2nd SR was by phone. I called the customer number and explained everything then they did SR for me. I some how believe the SR work considering the time line that my 1st SR was assigned to an officer first then the interview notice came. As of now, I still don're receive any response of the SRs. I am kind of guessing the interview notice is the response. But who knows. Thank god.Originally posted by GC_ View Post

Soooooo.... finally, I received 3 text messages today that my new card has been sent for production...thanks be to God, just when i thought I was not going to last...Hopefully by middle of next week I will have card in hand. so in counting it was 98 days from RFE which reset my days.Originally posted by MrsP View PostComment

We got notification that EAD card was mailed on 9/6 but no interview info yet. We had no RFE so far.
