Hi,
I am working for company A, I am in H1B now and my wife is in H4, we both have stamping till May 2018. My wife is planning to go to India for 2 months visit on September 2017.
now I am planning to switch to another company B.
My doubts are:
1, How long will it take to transfer Visa from company A to company B?
2, Can she travel to India if the Visa transfer is under processing?
3, If I start the visa transfer process after she left to India then does she have to get new stamping in US consulate in India before travelling back to USA? if stamping not required then what are the documents she has to carry while travelling back to USA?
