H1 221(g) blue form

Hi All,
I went for h1b interview in Nov 1st week & got 221g asking me to submit the documents through dropbox.
I have few Q s..
1) Here for some candidates, the vo took all of their documents & asked to submit additional documents, but in my case he has returned all my documents and asked to submit all of them once again. Does it make any difference?

2)Usually after how many days, they will respond in this type of cases?
3) Do they verify my experience & documents again?

Any one with similar experience........

---- It is a matter of decision by the concerned Vo and what they want to verify

2)Usually after how many days, they will respond in this type of cases?

---- The process takes 4-8 weeks. If you are lucky, teh matter may be completed within 2 weeks. Just wait patiently

3) Do they verify my experience & documents again?

---- Yes, they will if necessary and as decided by them

for me too, Nov 3rd, returned all docs, asked to drop with addn docs. checked all options under petitioner
2)Usually after how many days, they will respond in this type of cases?
after submitting the docs it will take 2 weeks to get back to you
3) Do they verify my experience & documents again?
There is a possiblity
Any one with similar experience........

Btw wh r all the addn docs did they ask u ? what abt PP? is it with u ?

did u get the docs from ur petitioner?when ll u get it?

Hi ,

Even i attended interview on Nov 1st week and got 221(g). VO marked everything under petioner stuff even though i had some of the documents. i have to submit the documants thru drop box.i dont know how long the process will take. Will i get the visa if i submit all the documents thru drop box? awaiting for your reply.

1) Itenary of services including the project details
2) Client letter
3) Contract between the Employer and the client.

Even I had my appointment on Nov 3rd. Posted my documents through VFS on Nov 25th. Now waiting for the reply from them.....

Hi Malathi,

My case was similar to your case. I was issued 221g with blue form when i went for stamping. VO didnt take any forms from me except DSC 156 and returned all the forms and asked to drop them in the drop box. I submitted all the documents in the drop box which were marked in the form. Ater one week i received the passport with visa stamped. So dont worry if you provide all the documents marked in the 221g form you will get the visa for sure.

i went to chennai consulate on nov.28 and they issued me 221(g) blue stating client verification due and also asked me not to contact the embassy as they will only inform me..
now can any one tell me apparently how much time will they take verifying the client and my company and after how many week will they contact me
please any one reply me....
